Betsy and I want to thank you and Magic Carpet for the years of friendship and a great working relationship as we remodeled our home. The flood on our ground floor that introduced us through your damage repair work turned into a relationship we appreciate. The many projects we have undertaken with you have transformed or home from a mid-80’s, dark and poorly laid out thing of the past into an open, airy, functional and beautiful home. Your eye for design, attention to detail and making sure we are satisfied with outcomes have made you a great partner. We have been able to start projects with very general concepts then work with you to turn our concepts into plans and reality. Your flexibility in making changes on the fly during a project to accommodate our evolving goals while keeping costs of changes to a minimum is remarkable. The finished product in every case has satisfied us and made our home a place we are proud of and enjoy being in. Thanks again for the years of friendship, the great working relationship and your responsiveness to our needs.

 It was 3 am and we had major water damage in my condo! Since we were out of town, a friend called Magic Carpet Services (selected from the Yellow Pages) and Dennis Fenenbock responded within a few minutes and immediately began damage control. Magic Carpet handled the entire effort (mitigating the damage, the insurance claim, and the reconstruction) and did an excellent job putting our condominium back together. He had no idea who we were, nor our insurance situation, but nevertheless he jumped right in to prevent further damage. After this horrible experience that Dennis made seem almost easy, he became our GO TO GUY whenever we needed any of the many services he provides. A couple of years later he completely remodeled our condominium, and as you can see from the photos, his work speaks for itself. He is the only contractor that we are on speaking terms with and friendly with after completing a job, and we have dealt with quite a few! You don’t hear that often. How lucky are we to have him and Magic Carpet Services as part of our community!
